Research Assistant

The Santerre Lab:

My thesis study is to investigate the effects of secretions from human monocyte-derived macrophages post-exposure to the gelatin/D-PHI/PCNU co-electrospun scaffold on cardiac fibroblast fibrotic character.

 

My fourth-year summer research is to characterize a co-electrospun nanofibrous gelatin polyurethane composite scaffold for cardiac tissue engineering.
